Remote Support
- Remote support sessions are often short and most small problems can be fixed quickly over the Internet.
- There's no charge for the remote access software so all you pay for is my time.
- Since onsite support isn't always needed remote support can be a quicker and cheaper solution.
Remote support is charged at $25.00inc. per 15 minute block.
If your internet connection isn't strong enough, or your computer isn't running well enough to conduct a successful remote session there will be no charge as other arrangements will need to be made to service or repair your equipment.
